14-Day Return Window
- Full Price Items: Fully refundable or exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Sale Items: Accepted for return for store credit only.
- Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Condition Requirements
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear (deodorant marks, pet hair, odor, missing tags) will not be accepted.
- We recommend wearing your own underwear when trying on purchases.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
1. Initiate the Process:
Email us at support@exteasy.com with your order number and zip code.
2. Receive Instructions
We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package
Complete the returns form and securely package your items.
4. Ship Your Package
Attach the return shipping label, obtain proof of postage, and send your package.
Return Fees
- First Return: Free of charge.
- Subsequent Returns for Refund: $5 return fee.
- Returns for Store Credit or Exchange: Free of charge.
- International Returns: $20 flat fee.
Inspection and Refund Notification
- Inspection: Once your return is delivered, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our criteria. This can take up to 7 business days.
- Notification: You will receive an email once your return is processed and refunded or store credit is issued.
- Unacceptable Returns: EXTEASY reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policies. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to you.
Faulty Products
We comply with laws requiring us to repair, refund, or exchange faulty products. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@exteasy.com within 7 days and provide photo evidence of the damage.
Do not return the item before receiving instructions from us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded for partial or full returns.
